Pricing is cash-based and stated up front, so there are no surprise bills, and prescriptions ship discreetly to your door. You see the same provider at every visit, in the Centre clinic or over telehealth.
Medical Weight Loss
Weight loss backed by medicine, not another meal plan
Provider-led weight loss built on your labs, with GLP-1 medications when they are medically appropriate for you. It starts with a consultation and a comprehensive Labcorp panel, then a personalized plan with dosing and goals set together. Regular follow-ups and dose adjustments keep it on track, and medications ship straight to your door. Nothing is prescribed automatically; that decision is made by your provider after your labs.
Peptide Therapy
Targeted peptides, prescribed and monitored
Peptides can support fat loss, muscle recovery, skin health, libido, and energy. At Moxie they are always prescribed, dosed, and watched over by your provider. Treatment starts with lab work to establish your baseline, then a peptide protocol matched to your specific goals, with clear dosing instructions and managed refills. Many patients run combined plans, with peptides, weight loss, and hormones designed to work together rather than in isolation.
Hormone Optimization
Test, treat, and keep an eye on it
For men and women both. If your energy, mood, sleep, or weight have felt off, a comprehensive Labcorp hormone panel shows your actual levels, and your provider walks through the results with you in plain language. Treatment is built on those levels, with repeat labs to verify the plan is working and ongoing provider access for adjustments.

A grab-and-go cooler stays stocked with energy drinks, hydration, and protein. Telehealth patients can order practitioner-grade Thorne supplements through the clinic's online dispensary and have them shipped straight home.
