Where Piedmont sets up shop

Macy Reedy reopened the town's vendor mall in 2026. Local makers and dealers rent booths across ten thousand square feet, selling furniture, antiques, handmade goods, and boutique finds a block off the Chief Ladiga Trail.

Macy Reedy

Owner

Macy took over the longtime Main Street South vendor mall and reopened it as Macy's on Main in 2026. Local businesses and makers rent booths and showcases inside, and she runs the building. The shop celebrated its grand opening on August 1, 2026, and is taking applications from new vendors.

From knick knacks to whole living rooms

Every booth belongs to a different vendor, so the inventory changes constantly. On one visit you might find furniture, antiques, local honey, handmade goods, and boutique clothing, all under the same roof. Vendors restock on their own schedules, and new booths open as more join, so regulars check back to see what has changed.

The furniture floor

Sofas, recliners, and rooms staged whole

Dealers stock recliners, sectionals, dining sets, and staged rooms, so you can try furniture in person without driving to a city showroom. The selection runs from power recliners and lift chairs to farmhouse dining tables, with lamps, mirrors, and wall art to finish out a room.

Antiques & vintage

Antiques and vintage finds

Several dealers keep antique booths stocked with real wood furniture, cast iron, glassware, and vintage advertising. Look for canister sets, old radios, framed art, and signs from brands like Coca-Cola, John Deere, and Farmall. Pieces sell and new ones take their place.

Local makers

Goods from local makers

Local honey, handmade soaps and candles, tallow skincare, laser-cut door hangers, and hometown tees all come from makers in and around Piedmont. The Busy Busy Bees booth keeps free honey samples out, one per customer, and several makers restock their shelves weekly.

Boutique & gifts

Clothes, gifts, and front-porch decor

The front of the store carries women's clothing, jewelry, accessories, and seasonal decor, with both Alabama and Auburn corners covered. Crochet hats, headbands, sunglasses, and hair bows fill out the racks, and the seasonal displays change through the year.
