Owner

Keith runs Rebec Valley Farm, a small family operation he started in 2024 and moved to Piedmont at the start of 2026. It began as a love of growing rare and exotic peppers, and turned into a full line of small-batch seasonings and dips, all made from the peppers he grows.

Seasonings and dips, made from his own peppers

Keith's tables at the farmers market are lined with dozens of seasoning packets, each blended from peppers grown on the farm. The blends come in heat tiers, from hot to spicy to fiery to superhot, so you can pick your comfort level and go up from there. Anything with the orange WARNING label is built on hot or superhot peppers, so most people start on the milder end.

The seasonings

Dozens of blends, one for every cook

The lineup is wide: Taco, Cajun, Caribbean Jerk, Italian, Garlic and Herb, Buffalo Wing, All-Purpose BBQ, Blackened, Minced Garlic, Smoked Paprika, and Alabama Fire Steak, most offered across several heat levels. There's French Onion Dip mix, Mexican Street Corn in mild, hot, and superhot, and a run of pecan-smoked superhot blends for people who really want the heat.

Pecan-smoked line

For the heat seekers

A whole rack goes to the pecan-smoked superhot blends: Blackened, Taco, Italian, and Minced Garlic, smoked over pecan for a deeper flavor under the burn. If you already reach for the hot sauce, this is his corner of the table.

The seed catalog

Rare and exotic seeds, shipped to your garden

The other half of the business lives online: a catalog of rare and exotic pepper seeds from sweet to superhot, plus tomato, vegetable, and fruit seeds and garden supplies. Everything is grown naturally, non-GMO, hand-selected, and viability-tested. The seeds are the online side; the seasonings are what you'll find him selling in person around Calhoun County. Free shipping on seed orders over $40.
